Refund Policy

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Certain products—such as custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary products—are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To begin a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or refund, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will provide instructions and guide you through the process. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping details. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your request.

If your refund is approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases. Refunds to the original payment method may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to support your claim. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, contact our customer service team to confirm availability. If the item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. Any price differences may apply.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
