Absolutely. We always provide a digital proof for you to review and approve before anything goes to print.

Most orders take about 5-10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping times vary by location. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

We offer a variety of papers, including food-safe bleached or kraft parchment, bleached wax paper, Quilon-coated parchment, kraft paper, offset paper, and more. Each product page includes details on available options.

Depending on the product, we can print in single-color or two-color. Our team can help you choose the best option for your design.

Our papers are certified food-safe, and we follow industry standards to ensure safe use. We recommend that the printed side of the paper does not come into direct contact with food.

Orders ship from our U.S.-based production facility in New York.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for the sharpest results.

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

On average, orders are delivered within 10–20 business days after artwork approval, depending on production time and shipping distance.

We’re unable to process orders below the listed MOQ. If you have a special request, though, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
